Settling of a Valorization and Transfert Structure within ESM2   This structure, named MecaBio, was initiated at the beginning of 1997 to answer to the high demand for services from mid-sized industrial and commercial companies working in Mechanics and Health Engineering related domains. Its vocation is to be transformed into a Technological Ressources Center. It is a structure complementary to the Research Laboratory, which allows, thanks to its own personnal (an engineer and a ESM2 contractual technician) to fournish services to industrials which, most of the time, are the consequences of former research contracts, having eventually lead to the design of test benches for specific materials. On the other hand, this acitvity allows us to establish contacts with companies for research activities.
